All Medusini pieces are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure they arrive in the condition they left the studio.

Shipping times and methods vary depending on the nature and size of the work. Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation along with estimated handling and delivery timelines.

Medusini ships to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

We take great care in the packing and shipment of each piece. Once the work has left our hands and is in the possession of the carrier, Medusini is no longer liable for delays, damage, or loss during transit. We recommend retaining all packaging until you have fully inspected the piece upon arrival.
