By accessing or purchasing from Medusini, you agree to the following terms.

All works offered through Medusini are original creations by Tru Heru Medusini. Each piece is released as a completed statement and is sold as-is.

All sales are final. Due to the unique and intentional nature of the work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

Ownership of a physical piece transfers to the buyer upon successful payment and delivery. Medusini retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the designs, images, and underlying Mythos unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Medusini piece or imagery without prior written permission.

Medusini reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its sole discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
